And this is where our Admin Services offer will help you out. With it, your server will be included in our own custom–made server managing software system, which will monitor all the essential tasks. And in the event of any service failure, our server admins will be informed automatically and they will solve the problem ASAP.

Weekly Backups

Manually backing up a Linux VPS Hosting Package definitely isn’t the easiest mission in this world. You will either have to use another server or your computer, or, alternatively rely on some 3rd–party solution. We offer a far simpler and easier solution with our Admin Services deal. We’ll make a complete backup copy of your Virtual Private Server on a weekly basis, so you never need to be afraid of losing critical info. Plus, we can restore a backup really quickly. All backups we make are saved on a special server with a RAID array of hard disks, so if anything goes wrong with any part of your stored content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server offers you a practically infinite set of options, you will often need to install additional pieces of software. And that’s where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can help you out. It is an integral part of our Admin Services offer, which permits you to call for any of our trained sysadmins to install and configure any kind of software package and to take care of any issue you may have with the VPS.

Our Admin Services solution is bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux VPS Hosting Packages. It is an add–on for our KVM Linux VPS Hosting Packages.
